What a deck repair call looks like with SignedOnSite, timed from the moment you finish walking the job.

  1. 0:00

Pick the work from your price book

Common jobs for your trade are already loaded with typical prices, from deck repairs and panel swaps to water heaters and tune-ups. Tap to add them, set your own prices once, and drag lines into order.

  2. 1:30

    Snap the problem

Take photos of the rotted boards or the scorched outlet right from the proposal. The customer sees what you saw, and the photos stay on the signed copy.

  3. 3:00

Hand them the phone, or text the link

They read the scope, the price, and your terms, then sign with a finger. No printer, no app to download, no PDF lost in their inbox.

  4. 4:30

Take the deposit before you pull out

Collect 25 to 50 percent by card at signing. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and the job moves to Deposit paid on your board.

Example of the price book: searching for deck shows four preloaded jobs with prices, and one is added to the proposal.

Every job on one board

Draft, Sent, Signed, Deposit paid, Complete. See at a glance who still needs to sign, who owes a deposit, and what’s ready to close out. On the Crew plan, everyone in the shop sees the same board.

Example of the jobs board: one proposal signed and waiting on a deposit, one opened by the customer, and proposal 1047 booked with its deposit paid.

SignedOnSite does one job: the part where they say yes.

No scheduling, dispatch, or invoicing. Keep using Jobber or your calendar for that. We stay out of the way so the proposal is fast.

Before you try it

Does a finger signature hold up?

Electronic signatures are generally valid in the US under the federal ESIGN Act and state UETA laws. The customer agrees to sign electronically, and we store the exact version they signed with a fingerprint of its contents, the time, their typed name, their IP address, and their device. Signed proposals can't be edited. For questions about your own contracts, ask your attorney.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Only for card deposits. You connect one from Settings, and deposits go straight into it. We never take a cut; Stripe's standard card fee is the only cost per payment.

What if the customer pays cash or by check?

Mark the deposit paid by cash or check and the job moves to Deposit paid, same as a card payment.

Whose prices are in the price book?

You pick your trades when you sign up: handyman, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, painting, or flooring. Each one loads common jobs at typical prices so you never start from a blank page, and you can add another trade any time. Change a price once and it's yours on every proposal after that.

Can the customer get a copy?

Yes. You and the customer can both download a PDF with your logo, the photos, the line items, and their signature. Text it or email it from your phone.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

Pick Solo or Crew to keep sending proposals. If you don't, you can't send new ones, but anything you already sent can still be signed by the customer.

Your next estimate could be signed before you get back in the truck.
